We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at help@shopszara.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at help@shopszara.com, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, used grooming products). These will be noted on the product page.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
