Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a second notification with tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated delivery time
United States: 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required. Any applicable charges will always be shown clearly at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at help@shopszara.com.
Delays
Shopszara is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
